Day 10 – Project Transit Notifier

HTML code for my homepage, focused on the formTo do: Work on Jquery calls so I can use the transit stops for my user, and work on pulling the information from a web~form. What I did: I started by working on finishing up the functions that I worked on yesterday. They are looking beautiful. Now that that was done, I focused on the front end. I wanted to start with Jquery, but since it'll feed into my forms, I started by working on creating my form for my homepage that will get my user's data. While I was working on my form I realized that I'll need to information from my server in regards to the transit lines that they can select. So I worked on a function to grab them.  This one was super easy since it was just like my find all the vehicles in a line, but a one higher level of the data.Function to get all the available transit lines for my form so my user can select their routeSince today is Friday, I didn't get as much work done as I wished I could. But below is how my site currently looks with the form and a picture in place of my map.My website highlighting my Direction dropdown menuTo do Tomorrow: Work on Jquery calls so I can use the transit stops for my user, and work on pulling the information from a web~form

My Thoughts/Process: I am doing a lot better today. I had fun creating my form and making it look somewhat fun. Its just irritating that Fridays are not as productive; I'm coming to terms with this though. I am happy that I was able to start my connection with my website and my server. Yeah!
