Graduation Dinner

Yesterday we had our Graduation Dinner where we were able to invite our family, friends and mentors. We were at PCH on Mississippi - the space was beautiful. We had a few presentations:

• Sharon Wienbar,  on her history and being a woman in the field. She shared the concept of "Power of 'and' versus the tyranny of 'or'"
• Theresa Cay,an alumni, who now works at Uber and how life is after Hackbright
• Emily Morgado, a fellow student, shared "A Day in the Life of a Hackbrighter"
• Several fellows demo their projects - each one was creative and different

The ceremony and event were amazing. After spending 10 weeks learning and creating a web-app, it was nice to end it on a fun note.[gallery ids="1296,1294,1295" type="rectangular"]
